How Team Engagements are Powered: Medits (M’s)
Every Team Engagement is priced in Medits (M’s) – Nava’s internal currency for human-powered services. You’ll see the Medit cost clearly displayed for each service, allowing you to choose exactly what you need.
Medit Packs (MPs): If you don’t have enough Medits in your account to cover a desired service, you’ll simply purchase a Medit Pack (MP) that covers the required amount.
Medit Subscriptions: For ongoing services like continuous social media engagement, you can opt for a Medit Subscription. This ensures you always have the necessary Medits by auto-billing you for the lowest MP that covers your subscription.
Topping Off for Convenience: To ensure you’re always ready for an engagement, you can activate our “Topping Off” feature in your Medit Settings. This intelligent option automatically purchases an MP to restore your Medit balance to a pre-set minimum whenever it drops below that threshold. Currently, this is the only way Medits are automatically purchased outside of an MP. (Don’t worry, this is separate from your low-balance alert settings!)
This flexible system means you only pay for the human assistance you need, precisely when you need it, giving you ultimate control over your budget and workload.
Onboarding to Your Nava Command Center
Once your plan is set and your billing information is confirmed, the real magic begins: onboarding to your personalized Nava command center. This isn’t just a sign-up; it’s your guided path to unleashing the full power of your chosen services.
During this quick and intuitive onboarding process, we’ll collect the essential details needed to activate your core services:
Blare Studios (WordPress Hosting): For your website, we’ll prompt you to connect your domains. If needed, we’ll provide clear, step-by-step instructions for updating your DNS settings to point directly to Nava – making your site live and secure.
Clarity Studios (Brand & Asset Management): Get ready to centralize your visual identity! You’ll be asked to effortlessly upload any existing images, logos, and brand assets you want to store and manage.
Team & Org Accounts: If you’re leveraging Nava with a crew, your Point of Contact (POC) – the account’s primary administrator – will be guided to invite team members. For Team accounts, to maintain security and streamline collaboration, invited members will be required to use an email address with the same domain as your POC. This ensures a cohesive and secure team environment within your Nava workspace.
Signal Studios (Social Media Management): Time to connect! You’ll securely link your social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and more – so you can begin scheduling and engaging.
Voices Studios (Podcast Hosting): Get ready to share your voice with the world! You’ll enter your podcast’s essential information (show title, description, categories). While your first episode isn’t required immediately, we’ll send a friendly nudge to remind you when you’re ready to upload it and hit publish!
Your Nava Experience: The Dash & Beyond
Once your onboarding is complete, you’ll land directly on your Dash page. This is your personalized mission control – your go-to hub after every login, designed to give you an immediate overview of your entire digital presence. (Of course, you can always customize your preferred landing page in your settings.)
We know navigating a powerful platform can be a journey. That’s why, when you first land on your Dash, you’ll be offered optional, interactive “Navagate” tutorials. These quick, guided walkthroughs will help you understand your new command center. In fact, any time you access a new page or feature for the very first time, an optional “Navagate” tutorial will be there to show you the ropes, ensuring you always feel confident and in control.
