What exactly is Messha? Are you just another agency?
Not quite. We're a website hosting and management company built specifically for people who don't know (or want to know) how websites work. We build your site, host it, manage it, and support you through your client portal—all in one place, so you never have to juggle vendors or figure out "tech stuff" on your own.

Do I need to know anything about websites or hosting to work with you?
Nope. That's the whole point. If you don't know what DNS is, what WordPress does, or why hosting matters—you're exactly who we built this for. We handle all of it and explain things in plain English when you need to understand what's happening.

What happens after I sign up?
You'll get access to your client portal (Nava), where you'll answer a few questions about your business and what you need. Then we build your site over 2 weeks, check in with you along the way, and launch it when you're ready. After that, we keep it running—hosting, updates, backups, and support—so you never have to think about it.

What if I already have a website somewhere else?
No problem. We can rebuild it on our platform, migrate your content, and get you set up with proper hosting and ongoing care. Most people come to us because their current site is confusing, expensive, no support.
