A confirmation email lands in your inbox immediately with your order details and what to expect next. Check your spam if you do not see it within a few minutes.

We reach out within one business day

Someone from Messha will contact you to introduce themselves, confirm your project details, and answer any questions before we kick things off.

Your Nava portal is set up

We create your client portal in Nava and invite you in. This is where your project lives — tasks, messages, files, and invoices all in one place.

We start building

Work begins. We check in at key milestones and keep you updated through Nava. You do not need to chase us — we come to you.

You review before launch

Before anything goes live, you see it first. We present the completed work, collect your feedback, make final adjustments, and only launch when you are happy.

We launch and Care kicks in

Your site or design goes live and Care begins automatically. We handle everything ongoing — you focus on your business. Always one message away in Nava.

Before You Commit

Common questions, answered honestly.

What does the deposit cover?

Your deposit is 50% of your project total — Build and any one-time add-ons. It covers our time from the moment work begins. Care and recurring add-ons are billed separately and are not part of the deposit.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. If you reach the final review stage and decide the deliverable is not right for you, you will not owe the remaining balance. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Do I need to be available during the project?

Not constantly — but we will need you for a few key moments. Providing brand details at the start, reviewing the design, and approving the final version before launch. Everything else we handle.

What if I want to add something after I submit?

No problem. Reach out through Nava or contact us directly and we will update your order before work begins. Once work starts, changes may affect timeline and cost.

Is Care really required?

Yes — Care is required with every Website Build. A website without ongoing maintenance is a liability. Care is how we keep your site secure, updated, and running after launch.

How do I pay the remaining balance?

Once your project is complete and approved, we send the final invoice through Nava. You pay the remaining 50% via Stripe before the site goes live or files are delivered.
