What the Work Actually Looks Like

A real day at Messha.

No two days are identical but here is the shape of a typical shift so you know exactly what you are walking into.

Early Bird Shift

7:00am to 3:45pm

You open the day. Respond to overnight client messages, queue up WordPress updates, and handle any billing questions that came in. Your protected lunch is at noon. You are off by 3:45.

Night Owl Shift

10:15am to 7:00pm

You cover the afternoon. Overlap with the early shift for a handoff, then take over client communication, site edits, and design projects through the end of the business day.

Friday Bridge

Deep work and critical issues only

If you are the Friday Bridge, your day shifts to deep work projects and only handling true emergencies escalated by the chatbot. No routine tasks, no chasing messages. Just focused work.

1 or more years of hands-on experience with WordPress

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Strong written communication skills in English

Reliable internet connection and a functional home office setup
