General
Messha is a website and design company built specifically for people who do not want to deal with the technical side of having a business online. We build your site, manage it, and support you through your client portal so you never have to figure any of it out on your own.
Small business owners, creators, and entrepreneurs who need a professional online presence but do not have the time, skills, or desire to learn how websites work. If you have ever Googled "how to build a website" and immediately closed the tab, you are exactly who we built this for.
Nope. That is the whole point. You do not need to know what WordPress is, how hosting works, or what DNS means. We handle all of it and explain things in plain English when you need to understand what is happening.
Nava is your Messha client portal. It is where your project lives, your invoices are stored, your support requests are handled, and your site is managed — all in one place. No juggling logins or hunting through emails.

Process
It is four steps. You sign up and pay your deposit, answer a few questions about your business in Nava, we build your site and check in with you along the way, then we launch it when everything looks right. No meetings, no back and forth emails, no tech speak.
Our goal is 14 days from the moment you complete your intake questions in Nava. The clock starts once we have everything we need from you, so the faster you fill things out the faster we get started.
Basic information about your business, any photos or images you want to use, and a general idea of what you want your site to say. You do not need to have it all figured out — we ask the right questions to pull it out of you.
We check in with you as we finish each page so nothing is a surprise at the end. But if you get to the final review and it is not right for you, you can walk away. You will not owe the remaining balance. We would rather you be honest than pay for something you are not happy with.

Websites
Every Build includes five pages: Home, About, Services, Contact, and one page of your choice. Your fifth page can be a Blog, Portfolio, FAQ, or Testimonials page — you pick what fits your business best.
Care is your monthly or yearly hosting and maintenance plan. It is required with every Build because a website without ongoing maintenance is a liability — plugins break, security vulnerabilities pop up, and things stop working. Care keeps all of that handled so you never have to think about it.
Care includes managed WordPress hosting, regular site updates, security monitoring, and one free site restoration per month. You also get access to your Nava portal where you can submit support requests, view invoices, and track your project.
Yes. If you already have a site somewhere else we can rebuild it on our platform, migrate your content, and get you set up with proper hosting and ongoing Care. Most people come to us because their current site is outdated, confusing, or expensive with no real support behind it.

Design
Every logo project includes 16 design concepts, 3 rounds of revisions, and all the file formats you will ever need — PNG, SVG, PDF, and more. Everything is delivered within 7 days so you are not waiting around.
We offer a full range of design services beyond just logos. Business cards, brand guides, flyers, cover art, social media banners, letterheads, email signatures, and mascots are all available. You can add any of them to your project during onboarding or any time after.
Absolutely. Logo design is a standalone service at $600. You do not need to be a website client to work with us on your brand. That said, if you do want both, bundling your logo with a website Build brings the logo price down to $400 — saving you $200.
Yes, fully. Once your final logo is approved and delivered, it is yours. No licensing fees, no strings attached, no fine print.

Billing
The Messha Build is $1,000 one time. Care is $50 per month or $500 per year and is required with every Build. Logo design is $600 standalone or $400 when bundled with a website Build. Add-ons are available for both websites and design. You can see the full breakdown on our pricing page.
Every project requires a 50% deposit upfront before we start building. For a website Build that is $500. For a standalone logo it is $300. The deposit is non-refundable — it covers the work we put in to get your project started.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you get to the final review of your project and decide it is not right for you, you can walk away without owing the remaining balance. For Care and any recurring services, you can cancel any time and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued on subscriptions.
Right now we work on a deposit plus balance model. You pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% before your site goes live. We do not currently offer extended payment plans beyond that.
Add-ons are selected before you pay anything. Once you choose what you need, your deposit covers 50% of the full project total including any add-ons. The remaining 50% is due before your project is delivered. Care add-ons are billed monthly on top of your Care rate. Nothing gets added without your approval first.
None. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay. Add-ons are clearly listed with their prices and nothing gets added to your project without your approval first.

Support
Once you pay your deposit you will get access to Nava, your client portal. From there you will answer a few simple questions about your business — your colors, your audience, what you want to say. Once we have what we need, we get to work. You will see progress as we finish each page and can give feedback along the way.
Log into Nava and submit a support request. We will get back to you within 48 hours. If you have Priority Support, that drops to 8 business hours. For quick questions, Messhie is available any time and can handle most common issues instantly.
Messhie is our AI assistant. She knows Messha inside and out and can answer questions about our services, your project, billing, and more — any time of day without waiting for a human to respond. If she cannot help, she will point you to someone who can.
Our standard response time is within 48 hours on business days. If you need faster support, Priority Support is available as a Care add-on and guarantees a response within 8 business hours.
