What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):
Crafting the Master Plan: You'll develop and execute our overall social media strategy, making sure it aligns with our big-picture goals.
Content King/Queen: You'll be creating, curating, and overseeing all our social content – from snappy captions to engaging visuals and videos.
Community Cultivator: Get ready to chat! You'll be the voice of Messha, actively engaging with our followers, responding to comments, and building a thriving online community.
Performance Pro: Diving into data will be your joy. You'll analyze our social performance, identify trends, and use those insights to continually optimize our strategy.
Brand Builder: You'll be instrumental in boosting brand awareness, driving traffic to our website, and nurturing customer relationships across all social platforms.
Trend Spotter: Staying on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices will be key to keeping Messha ahead of the curve.
Cross-Platform Wizardry: You'll manage our presence across all key platforms, ensuring our message is consistent and impactful everywhere we show up.
What You'll Bring to the Table (Must Have 80%)
Social Savvy: You're not just familiar with, but a true pro on X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. You understand the nuances of each platform and how to make content shine.
Scheduling Software Smarts: You know your way around Sendible or are a super fast learner eager to master it.
Bonus Points: Got experience with Buffer, Social Bee, Meet Edgar, or similar social media management tools? That's a huge plus!
Thick-Skinned & Witty: You can handle feedback like a champ, and your responses are always clever, clear, and on-brand.
Extroverted & Engaging: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and fostering a vibrant online community.
Friday Firepower: You're happy to be available and work on Fridays, even though our business hours are Monday-Thursday, 7 am to 7 pm PT.
