Cookie Policy
The cookies and browser storage messha.io uses, and how to control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Sites also use similar browser storage (called local storage) to remember things between visits.
2. What we use
- Site settings (local storage, set by us): your light or dark mode choice, the package you're building, and a random ID that keeps feedback votes to one per idea. These never leave your device unless you vote, which sends only the random ID.
- Chat (cookies, set by Tidio): keeps your Messhie chat going between pages.
- Analytics (cookies, set by Google Analytics): count visits and show which pages are useful. Advertising features are off. Not loaded if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
- Payments (cookies, set by Stripe): used on the Stripe checkout page for security and fraud prevention.
3. What we don't do
We don't use advertising cookies. We don't sell cookie data. We don't build advertising profiles.
4. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you do, things like the chat or your saved package may not work.
5. Changes
If we add new cookies, we'll update this policy first.
