Meet Medits: The Currency That Runs Nava (But Won’t Buy You a Latte)
Every platform has its thing. Ours has Medits—also known as M’s, because no one on Earth has time for four-syllable words when they’re trying to get work done.
Here’s the deal: Creators can pay their regular subscriptions with normal money—ACH, credit, debit, the usual stuff. But anything on Nava that involves actual humans doing actual work? That requires Medits. Think of M’s as the fuel for Engagements: the designer fixing your logo, the social media pro cleaning up your comments, the editor making your podcast sound less like a cave recording. Humans = M’s. Simple, right?
1M = $10. That’s the conversion rate. It never changes. No crypto weirdness. No charts. No market crashes because someone sneezes on Twitter/X.
How You Get Medits
You buy them in packs—because we’re not out here selling single M’s like loose cigarettes.
Available packs:
25M
50M
100M
200M
That’s it. Clean and predictable.
M’s are bought with the Medit card on file, which you can manage in Billing → Medits. If you don’t pick a specific card, we’ll use whatever card you last used to buy M’s. We try to behave.
Top Off: Your Automatic M Refill
For Creators who don’t want to log in and buy M’s every time they blink, there’s Top Off. When you turn it on, Nava keeps your Medit balance above a number you choose.
Example: you set your minimum at 200M.
Two automatic options:
Option 1 — Lowest Pack:
If you drop to 199M, we’ll buy the smallest pack that gets you back above 200.
In this case, that’s a Pack 25. Easy.
Option 2 — Exact Amount:
If you want precision, pick “exact amount.”
Drop to 199M? We buy 1M and you’re back at your goal.
Top Off runs automatically, quietly, and without confusion. Until your card expires—then it becomes an issue.
Subscriptions + Medits: The Real Dance
Most Engagements live in two options: one-time purchases and subscriptions.
One-time Engagements:
You need enough M’s before checking out. If not, you’ll be asked to buy a Medit Pack right then and there. No ifs, ands, or buts.
Subscription Engagements:
Every billing cycle, Nava checks your Medit balance.
If you have enough M’s → subscription renews normally.
If you don’t → the system buys more M’s.
But here’s the twist: each subscription has its own refill setting.
You choose, per subscription:
Don’t auto-buy (you'll get an email asking you to)
Auto-buy the exact M’s needed
Auto-buy using the lowest Medit Pack
And the system respects your choice.
Yearly plans follow the same logic.
If you owe 40M per month, but only 3 months remain in your annual cycle, the system buys 40M x 3. No guessing.
Before You Ask: No, You Can’t Get a Refund
All Medit purchases are final.
Non-refundable, non-transferable, no cash value.
They’re basically airline miles, but… useful.
Medits keep the whole creative ecosystem running smoothly. You pay real money for the predictable stuff, and you use M’s when you need humans—designers, editors, managers, makers—to jump in and help. It’s flexible, fast, and keeps everything neat on the backend.
If your next Engagement needs a human touch, you already know what you need: a nice, healthy pack of M’s.
