1. Our Commitment

Messha LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our clients to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on a Messha-hosted website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing:

• Your full legal name and contact information including email address and phone number.

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

• The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content.

• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review it, notify the affected client, and take appropriate action which may include disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification to legal@messha.io including your contact information, identification of the removed content, a good-faith statement that removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction in Wyoming.

6. Repeat Infringers

Messha LLC will terminate accounts of clients found to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. False Claims

Filing a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages including costs and attorneys fees under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f).
