1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using messha.io, our client portal, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

2. Description of Services

Messha LLC provides website design and development, branding and design services, hosting and maintenance (Care), and related digital services for small businesses and creators. Services are delivered through messha.io and our client portal.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Accounts and Client Portal

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@messha.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before project delivery. Care is billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. All payments are processed through Stripe. Deposits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, you own the deliverables created for you. Messha retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. You represent that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Messha LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
